Join our team as a Site Supervisor and help oversee Enterprise Access Control Services (EACS) supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate (DSS). In this critical leadership role, you'll manage security operations that protect MDA personnel, facilities, resources, and mission-essential activities across the United States.
Responsibilities:
As a Site Supervisor, you will provide leadership, oversight, and operational support to ensure the successful execution of access control and security operations by:

Supervising daily security and access control activities at MDA facilities

Leading and mentoring security personnel to ensure mission success

Ensuring compliance with all MDA security policies, procedures, and contract requirements

Coordinating access control operations for employees, contractors, visitors, and special events

Monitoring operational performance and maintaining security readiness

Responding to security incidents and supporting emergency management activities

Managing schedules, personnel accountability, and post coverage requirements

Preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting leadership with operational updates

Serving as a key liaison between security personnel, government representatives, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BS/BA degree in security, law enforcement, or management related fields. and/or equivalent training and experience; or an AS/AA degree and eight (8) years and/or equivalent training and experience.
- Six (6) years management experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.
- Eight (8) years' experience in security or law enforcement administration and substantial operations experience in the armed forces, security, police, or civilian equivalent or related field, six (6) of which is at the supervisory level.
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible general experience gained in analytical decision making and administrative work and activities at the executive management level.
- Six (6) years of specialized experience directly related to the work performed in physical security or law enforcement.
- Must have prior experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
