Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team working on maintenance requests that are submitted by our residents. These are short-term projects that change from day-to-day. Must have a valid DL and clean driving history. Must be at least 21 years old to drive our vehicles per our insurance company. Pay is determined by experience level. Necessary skills include minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, sheetrock repairs, and painting.
