Requirements:
- A minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry.
- A minimum of one year residential leasing experience.
- Applicants for the job must be willing to visit properties as needed.
- A California real estate license is preferred
- Experience using property management software. AppFolio is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Hours & Commitment:
This is a full-time position. Office hours are between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, and sometimes may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities:
The job of the Leasing Agent will include working with a team and individually on daily tasks and projects related to property management and leasing, including, but not limited to:
- Marketing & Advertising Units
- Respond to Inquiries
- Schedule & Conduct Property Tours
- Tenant Screening & Application Process
- Lease Preparation
- Move-in Coordination
- Compliance with Fair Housing & CA Law
- Assisting with projects, as needed
- Directly assisting Leasing Manager
