Communication Skills
Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as operational parameters, safety rules, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak effectively before groups of partners of the organization.
Computer Skills
Must possess strong computer proficiency Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Previous experience with MAS 500 or related integrated manufacturing software is required.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, and percentages, and the ability to apply concept. Applying Root Cause Problem Solving methodologies is preferred.
Physical Demands
The member is regularly required to stand and walk throughout the workday and must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
The noise level in the office work environment is low but requires hearing protection in the production plant. Temperatures range from 35° F to 100° F in the wet, refrigerated work environment. Members are required to wear frocks, hairnets, slip-resistant footwear and hearing protection in the plant. Gloves, goggles, rain suits and boots may be required
