You’re a skilled residential HVAC technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a supportive and high-performing environment.

4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience (required)

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently & positively represent our team to customers

Self-motivated, eager to continually learn and grow

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Service and repair residential HVAC systems throughout the Twin Cities metro area

Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

Diagnose equipment issues & clearly walk customers through solution options

Deliver the professional and five-star customer experience our clients expect

Accurately complete work orders and maintain service documentation
