As a Loan Officer you will:
- Lead the growth and strategic direction of the market, driving business development, community presence, and overall market performance
- Serve as the face of the bank within the community, building strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and local organizations
- Work within a long-standing bank that is deep-rooted in culture and community involvement
Requirements of this Loan Officer role:
- Previous community banking experience and 10+ years’ credit and lending experience
- Proven and consistent production in CRE, C&I and deposit generation
- Set a strong example of leadership and be the face of the community
- Mentor and build up a strong team of lenders
- Must be in, connected and knowledgeable in the Frisco market
- Book of business and loyal clients that are poised to follow are a huge plus
- Ability to establish a successful strategy to grow your team
