Rebound Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Bend, Oregon! We've been Central Oregon's leading PT practice since 1995 — locally owned by PTs who started here as staff clinicians. We take most insurances and with 10 clinics from Bend to La Pine, our goal is to provide high quality care to the community of Central Oregon.
We are the official PT provider for the US Ski & Snowboard Team! We provide AI documentation for all clinicians for efficiency. Collaboration and growth as a clinician is encouraged through our monthly Skills Nights and Mentorship program.
New grads, experienced PT's, and PTLA are all encouraged to apply!
COMPENSATION
$85,000 – $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Productivity Bonus Program (calculated biweekly, paid monthly)
- Example: average new grad: $85K base + bonus = $85,000–$95,000 total
SCHEDULE
Clinic hours: 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Oregon PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited DPT program
- New grads and experienced clinicians both welcome!
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab care
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across 10 Central Oregon clinics
- Participate in mentorship, skills nights, and continuing education
- Engage with community partners including US Ski & Snowboard, MBSEF, OSU Cascades, and Bend North Little League, etc.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
