The Role
We’re hiring a hunter to own new business across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. This is a pure new-business role. Leveraging our project management and manufacturing value add you'll find the projects, build the relationships, and bring in contractors, developers, and GCs who need cold-formed steel framing. You’ll work remotely from within the territory and travel it to win deals on the ground.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and win new accounts across FL, GA, NC, and SC
- Build relationships with GCs, framers, and developers in your region
- Manage your own pipeline from first call to closed deal
- Travel the territory for job-site visits, meetings, and trade events
- Partner with the home office on quoting, project handoff, and delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven new-business sales success
- Self-directed and disciplined working remotely
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable traveling your territory regularly
- Based in FL, GA, NC, or SC
Compensation
Competitive base plus uncapped commission. Strong performers earn strong upside.
Location
Remote within the Southeast territory (FL, GA, NC, SC). Regional travel required.
