SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Liscio’s Italian Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our team at our new location. The ideal candidate
will have basic food preparation experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety and
quality. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring food safety, and
maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
- Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and stocking kitchen supplies as needed.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of kitchen equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen
operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous food preparation or line cook experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred.
