Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Cocktail Waitresses to join our team. As a Cocktail Waitresses you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering food & drink orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take drink and food orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or as a Cocktail Waitresses is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Basic culinary skills for garnishing drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
