As an AT&T Team Member, you will connect with customers, learn about their internet needs, and help them discover solutions that improve their home connectivity experience. With hands-on training, team support, and professional development opportunities, you will gain the experience needed to grow your career in a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T Fiber and introduce customers to available internet solutions.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful recommendations.
- Explain AT&T Fiber features, benefits, speeds, and service options.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and support.
- Work with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to interact with customers.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
