PriorityWorkforce is now hiring forklift operator/order selector for a cold storage warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts and palletizing machines to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within the cold storage facility. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the cold storage facility.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate material handling.
- Perform heavy lifting and transport goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and organize pallets for shipping and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with warehouse management systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of all materials.
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator (Reach) or in a similar role within a warehouse environment is preferred. Certification is a plus!
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is advantageous.

Available Shift Schedules:
Sunday - Thursday and Tuesday - Saturday
- 2nd Shift 2:pm start time (10-hour shift)+ potential OT
- 3rd Shift 10:00pm start time (10-hour shift) + potential OT
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
