Job Overview
Join our Southern Packing team as an Operation and Sales Coordinator, a role that combines warehouse operations, retail counter sales and outside sales responsibilities. This position offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm and communication skills drive success. You must be comfortable working in some cold conditions and should be able to do heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with outbound orders by pulling product and loading trucks
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling and receipts
- Oversee warehouse distribution processes including load & unload activities while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers using phone etiquette and clear verbal skills
- Assist retail customers in-store and via outside sales efforts by providing product knowledge and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support outside sales initiatives by visiting clients at their locations, presenting product options, and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience a plus
- Strong communication skills are highly valued
- Previous outside sales also a plus though not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
