What the Job Demands:
- Own the Counter: Evaluate client needs, build unstoppable relationships, and deliver a service experience second to none.
- Close with Confidence: Build accurate estimates and masterfully sell high-ticket automotive services that keep our clients safe and loyal.
- Command the Shop: Manage shop flow, dispatch work efficiently, and motivate a team of technicians to meet tight deadlines.
What You Must Bring to the Table:
- Proof of Performance: At least 5 years of retail sales experience successfully closing high-ticket items.
- The Killer Instinct: Strong communication, elite objection-handling, and a refusal to settle for "average" days.
- Leadership: The backbone to manage and motivate a skilled technical crew.
