We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people. This role is equal parts host, concierge, and dining room ambassador. You'll be the first smile our guests see, the person who keeps service flowing smoothly, and someone who notices the little details that turn a meal into a memorable experience.

What You'll Do
As our Hospitality Host, you'll help create a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Manage our waitlist and communicate accurate wait times
- Seat guests efficiently while supporting the flow of service
- Answer questions about the restaurant and menu
- Bus, reset, and maintain dining room tables
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting throughout service
- Support servers by refilling water, delivering food when needed, and helping maintain smooth service
- Monitor the front door and anticipate guest needs before they arise
- Communicate with the kitchen and service team to help coordinate seating and table availability
- Assist with opening and closing side work

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but exceptional customer service experience in hotels, retail, coffee shops, or other guest-facing roles is also valuable.
