Our program is expanding rapidly, and we're looking to build an eligibility pool of Royal Dance Mentors to meet the growing demand. Whether as substitutes or part-time employees, we have immediate opportunities available. By the 2024-25 school year, we aim to have a roster of cleared dancer mentors ready to serve the Elk Grove Unified School District.
Royal Dancers is on a mission to cultivate The R.O.Y.A.L. Core - a team of dynamic, influential, collaborative, and dedicated dance mentors. Our goal is to empower youths to embody resilience, optimism, uniqueness, authenticity, and love (R.O.Y.A.L.).
As a R.O.Y.A.L. Core Dance Mentor and/ or Substitute, you'll play a pivotal role in providing safe, uplifting, and enriching jazz, hip-hop, and/or foundational movement classes for elementary-aged dancers within the Elk Grove Unified School District.
