Duties
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records within pharmacy software systems to ensure seamless medication dispensing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards, state and federal pharmacy laws, and drug regulation policies
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication information, and supporting medication administration processes
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of medications in accordance with hospital or community pharmacy protocols
Qualifications
- Experience with pharmacy software systems and data entry tasks is required for efficient workflow support
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work accurately under pressure are vital for success in this role
- Must speak and understand Vietnamese
