Our client is a well-established, physician-owned aesthetic practice that has proudly served the North Phoenix community for over 18 years. The practice has built a loyal patient base and is looking to add an experienced advanced practice provider who is passionate about cosmetic aesthetics and excited to grow with the practice long-term.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving practice with an established patient base while also building your own patient relationships. The provider will enjoy a high level of autonomy and will work closely with the practice's owner as she gradually transitions to seeing fewer patients over time.
Long-term, the practice owner hopes this provider will become a trusted clinical leader who can provide oversight and continuity when she is away from the practice.
What It Takes to Excel in This Role
The ideal provider is clinically confident and comfortable working independently, while still valuing collaboration with the practice owner. Success in this role comes from building genuine, lasting patient relationships and taking ownership of the practice's continued growth and reputation for excellent care.
Schedule
- Ideally 3.5 to 4 days per week
- Tuesday through Thursday
- Half-day Friday preferred
- Approximately 30 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience administering neurotoxins
- Experience administering dermal fillers
- Experience with biostimulators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PDRN
- Experience with laser treatments
