Job Summary
We’re a fast-growing pet waste removal company looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to join our remote office team. This is a fully remote administrative position where you’ll coordinate technician schedules, communicate with clients, monitor daily operations, and help keep our business running efficiently.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personally owned computer, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and quiet professional home workspace (company computers are not provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable learning new software and following documented procedures
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to professionally communicate with and coordinate technicians throughout the workday
- Previous customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising, leading, or managing people
- 1+ year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, administrative, office support, or a similar office-based role
- Experience using Google Workspace, Zoom, or similar workplace software
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technician schedules and daily routes
- Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email
- Assist technicians with scheduling questions and day-to-day operational support
- Set up billing and maintain customer account information
- Assist with onboarding process for new technicians
- Monitor routes and make scheduling adjustments
- Maintain accurate customer notes and scheduling information
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and organization
Pay: $22.00 Per Hour
