KRK Management / Real Estate Solutions of Alaska is seeking an experienced full time cleaner for their residential rental properties!
Position requirements:
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- At least one year of experience in professional residential cleaning
- Safe workplace practices!
- Provide own transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Pass background check
Tasks and Competencies:
- Clean newly vacated apartments/houses/Airbnb to make ready for new tenants. Cleaning includes, but not limited to, furniture, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, floors, light fixtures etc.
- Notify managers concerning the need for any repairs
- Service, clean and supply staff restrooms
- Clean and vacuum staff offices and hallways
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
