Floor Care Tech Custodian at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning
Shift: Mon/Fri - Evenings
Hourly Rate: 19.00
Location: Tempe to start the shift, various locations from there using a company vehicle.
Duties
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Cleaning
- Dust mopping, wet mopping
- Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping/ waxing refinishing
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
- Dusting
- Polishing
- Sanitizing and Disinfecting
- Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners.
- Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
- Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
- Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times
(such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

Requirements:
- Must have Floor Tech experience.
- Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
- Must to have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have OPEN availability, meaning that you are available to work (Including weekends and Holidays)
* Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Must be able to start training immediately.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
