Fulltime Days and Evenings shifts
Daily pay!
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Performs routine and deep cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and clinical spaces.
Supports infection prevention and control standards in a healthcare setting.
Contributes to a positive, respectful, and resident-centered atmosphere.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, nurses’ stations, and common areas.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
Empty trash and biohazard containers according to facility policy.
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (bed rails, call lights, door handles, handrails).
Follow isolation precautions when cleaning rooms of residents on transmission-based precautions.
Infection Control & Safety
Use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
Follow OSHA, CDC, and facility infection control policies.
Properly handle and dispose of regulated medical waste.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Laundry & Linen Support (if applicable)
Collect, transport, and distribute clean linens.
Follow proper procedures for handling soiled linens.
Assist with maintaining adequate linen supplies.
Customer Service & Teamwork
Respond promptly and courteously to resident and staff requests.
Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Work collaboratively with nursing and maintenance staff.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
Knowledge of infection control and cleaning procedures preferred.
Ability to read and understand safety instructions and product labels.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills.
Strong commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Reliable and punctual.
