Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a Business Analyst to support project delivery, portfolio reporting, and operational performance within a global organization. This role will leverage ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) to track projects, develop dashboards, monitor milestones and financials, and provide leadership with actionable insights into portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards for project health, milestones, timelines, KPIs, and overall portfolio performance.
- Manage and validate project and portfolio data within ServiceNow SPM/ITBM to ensure accurate reporting.
- Track key milestones, Original Promise Dates (OPD), schedule performance, and project delivery trends.
- Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support financial reporting across multi-million-dollar project portfolios, including costs, forecasts, revenue, profitability, and change orders.
- Track and manage RAID/RIDAC items, including risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
- Partner with project managers, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and project execution.
- Develop customer-specific reporting and portfolio views to improve project visibility and transparency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst, PMO, or project portfolio experience within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a similar environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM.
- Experience with dashboard development, KPI reporting, data analysis, and project milestone tracking.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to understand high-level engineering timelines and their impact on schedules and SLAs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS-PPM, PMP, or CAPM certifications are a plus.
Pay: $40.00 - $41.50 per hour
