Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including home care, group homes, and long-term care facilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
- Provide meal preparation and nutritional support
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Support individuals with dementia or memory care needs
- Document daily activities and changes in client condition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with dementia care and memory care techniques is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous
- Knowledge of home community care practices and long-term care settings is beneficial
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical needs
- No experience necessary, we can train and offer CNA Classes!
