We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Porsche Pro to join our high-end automotive sales team. Responsibilities
- Fully focuses in his/her work on customer centricity, e.g. by creatiing fascinating WOW moments and inspiring custoner enthusiasm for the brand and the products.
- Be always up to date about products, technologies (e.g. Connect) and trensd to provide high level knowledge for customers and colleagues.
- Be informed about the competitor products and technologies to undeline the Porsche strength.
- Provide customer or prospect with information about Porsche brand and history.
- Act as a brand ambassador and try to create fans.
- Carry out analyses and find out interests/specific preferences of the customers.
- Find suitable options for the customer so he/she can decide.
- Promote options an tequipment with no sales pressure towards the customer.
- Act as an expert for Connect towards customers and Sales team of the dealership.
- Explanation of innovative services (e-Mobility espicially related to charging, if applicable Porsche Drive, etc.).
- Be always updated on new trends and technology.
- Involve all senses, explain the concept and let the customer try it out to create WOW effects.
- Configure and visualize the customer's desired new car and offer personalization options.
- Explain all features and let the customer experience the value.
- Act as a Product expert and support Sales Consultants in case of questions (e.g. demonstration and explanation in configuration phase if required).
- Execution of test drive(support activities for the sales consultant) and detailed handover of the cusotmer to the sales consultant.
- Prepare test drive car in advance (fuel, cleanliness, pre heat/cool down car in winter/summer, place refreshments, enter suitable radio channel and exciting test drive route in navigation system).
- Preperation and execution od second delivery(Connect activation, additonal explanations and other services, if not done in the first delivery).
- Be prepared and know the car/customer and his/her specific(bought the car when? Why this model and features?).
Requirements
- Porsche Brand Ambassador Certification.
- Porsche Pro Experience
- Experience in premium /luxury customer care/customer service position.
- Technological background (e.g. product expert)
