Teresa's Ristorante is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and passionate Line Cook to join our fast-paced Italian kitchen. If you enjoy preparing high-quality food, working with a great team, and taking pride in every dish you serve, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Teresa's recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and consistently during service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen staff.
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties.
- Properly label, rotate, and store food products (FIFO).
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred (Italian cuisine is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
