Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing Med Spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin and aesthetic treatments, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer and patient care. As a medical aesthetician, you will be responsible for administering various aesthetic / cosmetic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and enhancing the overall aesthetic experience for our clients.
Duties
- Understand our treatments (such as botox, fillers, sculptra, rf, microneedling, lasers) and answer patient and customer questions about treatment options
- Answer phones, coordinate and schedule appointments, keep and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and coworkers
- Help maintain supplies and inventory
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer aesthetic skin treatments with precision and care
- Provide guidance on skincare regimens as well as pre and post-treatment care to clients, and regular follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all procedures performed
- Follow up with patients after treatments
- Help with social media and marketing content/posts to promote services and connect with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic treatments, including aesthetic laser treatments. We will facilitate this type of learning on a regular basis through our reps and contacts as well as industry events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Be willing to work in more than one location of the business in Central Florida
Qualifications
- Valid, active license with relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures
- Two years experience in facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and RF microneedling required; additional experience in Aesthetic lasers and RF treatments is a plus
- Bilingual / Spanish is highly preferred
- Electrologist license is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using salon/medspa software for appointment management and client records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with creating and posting social media content and working with canva are preferred
- A passion for aesthetics / skincare and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
