Motor Grader Operator – Experienced (Must be proficient in cutting subgrade and finishing base material)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Motor Grader Operator to support our team in the Brandon/Riverview area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of roads.
- Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.
- May perform fine or rough grading.
- Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
- Monitor operations to ensure that safety standards are met.
- Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested.
- Supervision of crew personnel
Job Requirements:
- Must have 2 or more years of Motor Grader Operator experience
- Must demonstrate the ability to operate the motor grader
- Must demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policy and safety standards
- Effective communication with other operators, Foreman, and truck drivers
- Must have reliable transportation and can work Monday through Saturday
- Must be willing to drive yourself to the different jobsites within a 50-mile radius of our office or more.
