Lead Cook needed for school food service program in the Sparta, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
Cooking experience Required. K-12 school experience a plus. ServSafe® Certification preferred.
Duties to include:

Food preparation

Cooking, and following recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.

Must practice safety, and cleanliness at all times.

Must have cash register/ POS experience.

Ordering, and inventory.

Stocking, and rotation.
