Maintenance Staff
Hi-Tech Mold & Tool is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Staff Member to assist in providing a safe and efficient working environment by assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, equipment, facility and utility systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, tools, motors, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues using testing and measuring tools.
- Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and building systems to minimize downtime.
- Assist in developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules and programs.
- Work with production, engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain building systems, including fire protection, alarms, lighting, and general facility upkeep.
- Complete routine facility maintenance, including minor repairs, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Follow equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements.
- Help train and support team members as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support overall company goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
