Pay Rate: $53.00/hr $56.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year Med/Surg/Tele experience
EMR: EPIC
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This role involves providing clinical care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients while floating to assigned units as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Document patient care accurately in EPIC
Float to assigned Med/Surg/Tele units as needed
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and care protocols
Requirements
Active Ohio Registered Nurse License required
AHA Basic Life Support required
Minimum 1 year Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred
Telemetry or Med/Surg adult experience preferred
Must be able to work every other weekend
Holiday rotation required
