We are looking for people capable of working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Applicants need to be able to stand for a number of consecutive hours as well as be able to function in a team environment. Along with that, an ideal applicant would have some level of hour flexibility and be able to work a combination of day shifts (11 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and night shifts (4 p.m. - ~8:15 p.m.). The ability to work any day, Monday through Saturday, would also be highly beneficial.
While our establishment can certainly be fast-paced, we do have a very tight-knit core and try to bring in other friendly people who can be friendly towards all of our customers. We pride ourselves on top-tier customer service and are looking to add more people to the team who feel the same way. The bulk of our clients are repeat customers and that is a trend that we intend to keep!
Here is a rough idea of day-to-day tasks that are expected to be completed by all staff members:
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Taking orders, bagging orders, and handing them out to the respective customers.
- Maintaining a clean lobby (cleaning tables, cleaning off sauce bottles, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.)
- Keeping things stocked!
- Being friendly and willing to work together as a team.
