Description:
Effectively perform a variety of light industrial manufacturing tasks for wire harness,
circuit board, and electronic assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed production times
- Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals
- Use the proper tool for each project
- Work in a team environment
- Acquire knowledge of all types and all sizes of harnesses
- Pay close attention to directions from Team Lead or others you work with
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Understand and follow wire and weld diagrams
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
- Operate with a sense of teamwork
