Summary
We are seeking a passionate Child Care Assistant Director to join our team at Primrose Schools in Arlington, TX. This role is vital in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional educational experiences to young children. You will play a key role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations of the school
- Support curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to educational standards
- Foster relationships with families, staff, and the community
- Oversee student enrollment processes and maintain student records
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health standards
- Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the Director on budget management and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Experience in education administration (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (highly preferred)
- Strong teaching background with experience working with young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations for child care facilities
