As a Talent Solutions and BD Specialist, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent while acquiring new clients in the US for our talent solution services. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Utilizing your headhunting expertise, you will engage passive candidates to ensure successful project outcomes and a strong fit for our organization.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and build strong relationships with external agencies and networks to enhance talent sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements and cultural fit.

Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, technical assessments, and case studies when applicable.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to improve the talent acquisition process continuously and attract top-quality candidates.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidates pipelines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Identify potential US clients through market research and competitor analysis, then contact them via phone and email to introduce our talent solution services and generate interest by highlighting key benefits.

Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying upselling opportunities, while delivering tailored sales presentations that highlight the value of our talent solution services.
