We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to assist with semiconductor production tasks inside a specialized integrated circuit fabrication facility. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards by conducting thorough visual examinations, upholding product quality, and facilitating the final approval process for both production and development circuits prior to distribution.
Core Duties

Utilize high-magnification microscopes to conduct rigorous visual checks on diodes and integrated circuits, ensuring all items meet strict quality benchmarks and remain free of defects.

Assess development and production circuits against specific inspection guidelines to confirm they are ready for shipment and satisfy all quality assurance protocols.

Collaborate effectively with your team to reach production targets while maintaining high precision and supporting overall operational success.

Safely manage fragile semiconductor components by strictly adhering to ESD guidelines and standard manufacturing workflows.

Report quality issues through the appropriate channels to help drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest level of manufacturing excellence.
Required Skills and Experience

Background in semiconductor fabrication, visual inspection, circuit production, or similar manufacturing settings.

Proven proficiency in using microscopes for detailed inspections at magnifications between 50x and 600x.

A keen eye for detecting minor irregularities, flaws, or defects within complex semiconductor structures.

Prior experience operating within ESD-sensitive zones and following rigorous quality-focused manufacturing processes.

Demonstrated capability to handle sensitive materials with the extreme care required to protect product integrity.

Strong focus and concentration, allowing for consistent performance during repetitive and highly detailed inspection duties.
