Open Positions
Lead Line Cook (1 Position)
Starting at $18+/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
Lead the kitchen during your shift
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed of service
Help train and support other cooks
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Line Cook / Prep Cook (2 Positions)
Starting at $18/hour with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities include:
Daily food prep
Cooking menu items to recipe specifications
Opening and closing kitchen duties
Stocking and organizing stations
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas
Washing dishes during prep and whenever business slows down. We believe everyone contributes to keeping the kitchen clean—there is no dedicated dishwasher.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience
Experience with food prep and line cooking
Reliable transportation
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
English preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
Full-Time Only
Tuesday through Sunday
Kitchen shifts begin as early as 6:00 AM for opening setup and prep
Closing shifts end around 9:00 PM after cleaning and shutdown
Opportunities to work doubles for additional hours
