Position Summary
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance of the apartment community. This includes the upkeep of grounds and landscaping, pool areas, laundry facilities, mailbox areas, recreation areas, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, and walkways throughout the property. The Groundskeeper may also assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and responding to routine resident maintenance requests.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous groundskeeping experience preferred

Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work weekends

Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
