We are seeking a skilled Finish Specialist to join our custom millwork team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish work for commercial grade components.

Responsibilities
- Sanding / Routing
- Taping off parts
- Color mixing for stain matches
- Applying stain consistently
- Paint, sealer and top coat application via cup spray gun
- Product knowledge to determine the correct material per application
- Moving parts in and out of spray booth
- Cleaning and wrapping parts for shipping
- Quality control to ensure uncompromised finish on every part completed
- Cleaning and maintaining spray booth and spray guns
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Knowledge of power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
