Site Supervisor (Baltimore)
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Project Manager, this is a uniformed security supervisor position charged with providing oversight of security operations and leadership to security personnel assigned to a security program in the Baltimore Region. The standard duty hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, including public holidays, with requirements for immediate accessibility and availability during off hours, as situation dictates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience managing a 24/7 security program

High School Diploma with some college education (Highly Desirable)

Prior experience with weekly workforce scheduling and employee payroll required

Demonstrated ability to enforce Post Orders, along with policies and procedures, that impact business results

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to function as a self-sustained Site Supervisor with corporate support, but minimal supervision

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as requested or required.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook are also required;

Position requires a personable individual who is capable of professionally relating to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds.
