What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of the service department — greet customers, build trust, and create a top-tier experience
- Listen to customer concerns and confidently guide them through service recommendations
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify maintenance opportunities
- Maximize earnings by recommending services, repairs, and maintenance packages
- Provide clear pricing and timelines — no surprises, just great communication
- Stay on top of every vehicle — update customers and keep them informed throughout the process
- Work side-by-side with technicians to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and relationship building
What We’re Looking For:
- Service Advisor, Service Writer, or strong automotive customer service experience preferred
- A sales-driven mindset with confidence in upselling services
- Excellent communication — you know how to connect, build trust, and close
- Ability to hustle, multitask, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
