Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to support smooth service flow
- Support banquet events by setting up and breaking down serving areas with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is highly desirable
- Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting banquet functions is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for teamwork and guest interaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is appreciated
