Aoki Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Bussers to support our front-of-house team and help create an exceptional guest experience. This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting efficient service throughout each shift. As part of Aoki Group, you’ll join a collaborative team with opportunities to grow across our diverse restaurant concepts.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to support efficient service and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, service stations, and common spaces
- Assist with refilling water, stocking supplies, and supporting front-of-house operations as needed
- Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Communicate with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff to support smooth service
- Support the team wherever needed to help deliver an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
