Julie Lachman, ND LLC is a small business in Warrington, PA. Our goal is to help as many people as possible prevent unnecessary use of surgeries and drugs and to help children grow up healthy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Speaking with people who have contacted the office about our services in a candid matter, about serious issues concerning health
- Managing our client tracker to see who has attended which classes and getting people scheduled for which ones they are missing
- Helping people who fall of their programs succeed
- Scheduling and managing off-site marketing events (fairs)
- Scheduling prospects and collecting payment
- Making basic payment plans
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Making invoices
- Collecting payment
- Filling in for the receptionist as needed
- Health coaching (depending on your current skill)
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Friendly
- Flexible
- Attention to detail, including good grammar and basic math skills, creativity, and the ability to learn quickly
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative culture
- Experience with Quickbooks, electronic health records, electronic scheduling systems, Zoom, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Experience with CRM and sales
- References, which will be verified
- Background check
- Typing at 50 words per minute
- Good grammar, and communication skills
- Local to Warrington
Salary:
- Competitive Range depending on experience starting at $24/hour
