Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Perform pipe threading and cutting using appropriate tools
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Proficient in pipe threading, cutting, and assembly
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing installations and repairs
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and components
- Experience in construction plumbing preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for the job
- Field service experience is a plus
