Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries confidently
- Process transactions accurately using retail software, including cash handling and cash management
- Support customers with banking-related services such as deposits, withdrawals, or basic financial questions
- Assist with loan processing procedures and explain financial services options clearly
- Maintain organized shelves, displays, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and financial calculations
- Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers effectively
- Ability to operate financial software and perform 10 key typing tasks swiftly and accurately
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly and securely
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to support daily store operations
