The Office Coordinator coordinates administrative activities and provides support to staff and management. This role ensures the workplace runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks
- Apply for permits
- Schedule inspections for various of villages
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors/service providers
- Support management with reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office management software or tools
- Data entry experience
Work Environment
- Office-based
- Standard working hours (Monday-Friday 7am or 8am start)
- Interaction with staff, clients, and vendors
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
