Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our residents rooms. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The schedule is set to be Monday-Friday, 8a-2p/3p. No weekends, No holidays. The hours are set to accommodate and allow for 6-7 rooms daily. Holiday schedule would be adjusted accordingly. If holiday falls on a weekday, you'd rearrange rooms and hours to allow for the holiday off.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and returning these items to appropriate residents.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning tasks to maintain a healthy environment.
- Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles. Familiarity with the following skills is preferred:
- Customer service skills to interact positively with residents, staff and guests.
