Staffing Branch Partner/Operator – Plant City, Florida
Location: Plant City Branch
Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Work Now is offering an experienced, entrepreneurial staffing professional - or an established staffing team - the opportunity to take over and grow our existing Plant City branch.
This is not a traditional branch manager position. It is an opportunity to operate the Plant City branch as your own local staffing business while benefiting from the systems, resources, and back-office support of an established staffing company.
You will begin with an existing office and a small book of active business. From there, you or your team will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, recruiting and placing employees, and building a profitable staffing operation in the Plant City market.
What Work Now Provides:
Work Now will provide the infrastructure and administrative support needed to operate and grow the branch, including:
- An established Plant City office
- An existing book of customer business
- Payroll processing and payroll funding
- Customer invoicing and accounts-receivable support
- Workers’ compensation and insurance programs
- Applicant tracking and staffing software
- Corporate accounting, compliance, and administrative support
- Established processes, resources, and brand support
This allows you and your team to focus primarily on what drives the business: developing customers, recruiting employees, filling orders, and providing excellent service.
What You Will Do:
As the Plant City Branch Partner/Operator, you and your team will be responsible for the day-to-day growth and operation of the location, including:
- Taking ownership of relationships with existing customers
- Prospecting for and developing new staffing accounts
- Meeting with local businesses and presenting Work Now’s services
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and placing temporary employees
- Filling customer orders quickly and accurately
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and employees
- Managing employee attendance, performance, and retention
- Developing a strong local reputation and referral network
- Growing the branch’s revenue, gross profit, and overall profitability
Initially, this will be a hands-on opportunity. The successful individual or group should be comfortable selling to customers, recruiting employees, filling orders, and managing the daily operation. As the business grows, there will be an opportunity to expand the local team.

An individual does not need to bring an existing team. However, we are equally open to an established group with complementary experience in staffing sales, recruiting, and operations.
Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, clerical, or skilled-labor staffing is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Partnership Opportunity:
This opportunity offers an entrepreneurial compensation structure tied directly to the performance and profitability of the Plant City branch.
The more business you develop and successfully service, the greater your earning potential. Specific details regarding the profit-sharing and branch-partnership structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
