Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.

Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.

Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.

2-5 years of HVAC Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

EPA – Universal Certification preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$32. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
